This summer 30 trees fell down on campus due to a major storm that happened on July 3rd. While no one was hurt, and the buildings only had minimal damage…or campus looks very different! A campus wide email went out today from Jim Graves inviting students to take part in “canopy restoration.” Jim writes that “there are exciting possibilities for restoring campus trees.” While this was a sad thing that happened to our campus, and some of the trees that came down were over 120 years old, now students, faculty, and staff can come together to make visions for the restoration process.
If you are interested or want to get involved emal Jim Graves or Aaron Witham!
